摘 要:目的对淮北市某焦化厂煤焦化综合利用二期工程项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的系统或单元提出补充措施建议,使工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)达到国家职业卫生标准要求,以控制和降低职业病危害因素对劳动者健康的损害,控制和杜绝职业病的发生。方法通过收集相关资料、现场职业卫生学调查和职业卫生检测,采用职业卫生调查、工程分析、职业卫生检测及检查表分析等方法进行定性和定量分析。结果该项目主要职业病危害因素是煤尘、焦炭尘、一氧化碳、苯并(a)芘、苯及其化合物、二氧化硫、硫化氢、氮氧化物和噪声等;检测结果显示焦煤皮带廊和焦炭转运站定点检测粉尘浓度超过国家职业卫生接触限值,粉碎机工和炉门清理工接触噪声强度超过国家职业卫生接触限值,粉碎机工接触最大瞬时噪声强度达94.5 dB(A),炉门清理工接触最大瞬时噪声强度达92.2 dB(A),其余检测点的检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准;收集在岗期间的职业健康检查,共发现有6人听阈异常。结论该项目针对各种职业病危害因素采取了相应的措施,在一定程度上降低了工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度(强度),但仍要进一步加强和完善职业卫生管理工作与职业病防护措施,如对粉尘检测超标岗位进行综合治理、粉碎机操作室设置隔音门窗等,切实保障劳动者的职业安全与健康。[Objective]To evaluate the occupational hazards control effect on the second phase of comprehensive utilization of coal coking in a coking plant of Huaibei City, to put forward supplementary measures for the system or unit that fails to meet the requirements of occupational hazards, to make the concentration(intensity) of occupational hazards in work place meet the national occupational health standards, in order to In order to control and reduce the harm of occupational disease to workers health, control and eliminate the occurrence of occupational disease. [Methods] By collecting relevant information, on-site occupational health surveys and occupational health tests, qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out by occupational health survey, engineering analysis, occupational health examination and checklist analysis. [Results] The main occupational hazards in the project were coal dust, coke dust, carbon monoxide, benzo(a) pyrene, benzene and its compounds, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxide, noise and so on. The test results showed that the concentration of dust in the coking coal belt corridor and the coke transfer station was over the national occupational health exposure limit. The noise intensity of the furnace door cleaner exceeded the national occupational health exposure limit. The maximum instantaneous noise intensity of the smash machine exposure was 94.5 dB(A), that of the furnace door cleaner reached 92.2 dB(A). The results of the other detection points were all in accordance with the national occupational health standard. The occupational health examination results during employment showed 6 workers were found to have abnormal thresholds. [Conclusion] This project has taken corresponding measures against occupational hazards, and has reduced the concentration(intensity) of occupational hazards in the workplace to a certain extent.
