摘　　要：目的了解湖南省14个市州6大行业产业工人的健康状况,并提出相应的改善意见。方法采取样本调查和实地调查的方式,并在实地开展座谈会以保证数据的真实性和科学性,然后运用Excel对湖南省产业工人整体情况进行统计分析,应用DEAP 2.1软件对统计数据进行健康质量评估。结果对40 370份调查问卷分析,数据包络分析(DEA)的综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率的平均值分别达到了0.978、0.986、0.991。结论湖南省产业工人的健康质量整体水平较高,但个别市州的健康质量效率不高,所以在健康质量方面,可以考虑从其他技术效率方面进行调整。[Objective] To understand the health status of workers in 6 major industries in 14 cities and states of Hunan Province, and to propose corresponding improvement suggestions.[Methods] The method of sample survey and field investigation were adopted, and the discussion forums were carried out in the field to ensure the authenticity and scientific nature of the data.Then the overall situation of industrial workers was analyzed statistically by Excel. DEAP 2.1 was applied to conduct health quality assessment. [Results] According to the analysis of 40 370 questionnaires, the average value of comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of data envelopment analysis（DEA） reached 0.978, 0.986 and 0.991 respectively.[Conclusion] The overall level of health quality of industrial workers is relatively high in Hunan Province, except for several cities and prefectures. Therefore in terms of health quality, other technical efficiency adjustments can be considered.
