摘  要:目的调查新疆乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健医院中央空调冷却水和冷凝水中军团菌污染状况,为有效预防和控制军团菌污染提供科学依据。方法依据SN/T 2351-2009《军团菌检验规程》对医院门诊楼、新生儿科、产房、手术室中央空调进行军团水样的采集和检测。结果 2014—2017年共检测空调水样300份,通过细菌培养鉴定军团菌阳性率为40.6%。血清学分型主要以L1、L7、L10型为主。结论医院门诊楼军团菌污染严重,新生儿科、产房、手术室检出率较底,加强医院空调中军团菌的治理,应引起相关部门重视。[Objective]To investigate legionella contamination in cooling water and condensate water in central air conditioning of maternal and child health hospital in Urumuqi of Xinjiang, and provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of legionella. [Methods] According to SN/T 2351-2009 legionella test procedures, water samples were collected from central air conditioners in outpatient buildings, neonatology department, maternity rooms and operating rooms for test. [Results] From 2014 to 2017, a total of 300 water samples of air conditioning were detected. The positive rate of legionella was 40.6% through bacterial culture, and the serum credit types were mainly L1, L7 and L10. [Conclusion] Legionella contamination is serious in hospital outpatient building, the detection rate of legionella is low in neonatology department, maternity rooms and operating rooms, and the management of legionella in hospital air conditioning should attract attention from relevant departments.
