摘 要:目的了解河北省某皮革生产工业园周边区域居民全血中铬元素(以下简称血铬)水平,建立皮革生产工业园区周边人群血铬的基础数据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,从河北省某皮革生产工业园区周边6个村镇抽取35岁以上居民1 475人作为调查对象,对其生活环境和健康状况问卷调查,并采集静脉抗凝血样,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测其血铬水平,分析不同年龄、性别和从事职业的情况以及吸烟、饮酒及供水情况对血铬的影响。结果河北省某皮革生产工业园周边区域居民血铬中位数为0.25μg/L,P_(25)为0.25μg/L,P_(75)为0.52μg/L,最大值为4.30μg/L,从事皮革生产职业的居民及从事其他职业居民血铬中位数均为0.25μg/L,P_(75)分别为0.70和0.51μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对不同性别组、不同年龄组及吸烟组、饮酒组和供水组分析,结果显示,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论河北省某皮革生产工业园区周边村镇居民血铬水平低于全国一般人群血铬水平,从事皮革生产职业居民血铬浓度高于其他职业居民,本次调查建立了皮革生产工业园区周边人群血铬的基础数据,为开展铬元素的生物监测、制定综合防治政策及长期动态观察提供参考依据。[Objective]To understand the level of chromium in the whole blood(hereinafter referred to as the blood chromium) of the residents in the surrounding area of a leather production industrial zone in Hebei Province, establish the basic data of blood chromium among surrounding people of leather production industrial park. [Methods] Using cluster random sampling method,1 475 people over 35 years old were selected from 6 villages around a leather production industrial area in Hebei Province.Questionnaire survey on living environment and health status was performed. The venous anticoagulant blood samples were collected, and the level of chromium in blood was detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The effects of age, sex, occupation and smoking, drinking and water supply on blood chromium were analyzed. [Results] The median blood chromium of the residents in the region was 0.25 μg/L, P25 was 0.25 μg/L and P75 was 0.52 μg/L, and the maximum value was 4.30 μg/L. The median blood chromium of the residents engaged in leather production and other professions were both 0.25 μg/L, P75 was 0.70 and 0.51 μg/L respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in different groups in sex, age, smoking, drinking and water supply(all P〉0.05).[Conclusion] The blood chromium level of residents in the villages around the leather production industrial zone is lower than that of the general population in China. The blood chromium in the workers engaged in leather production is higher than that in residents engaged in other professions. This survey establishes the basic data of the blood chromium among surrounding people of leather industrial area, and provides reference for developing biological monitoring of chromium, formulating comprehensive prevention and control policy and carrying out long-term dynamic observation.
