摘 要:高频及超高频设备在制鞋业和机械制造业中广泛运用,接触人群增加且接触强度较大,健康危害值得关注。神经行为功能受到损害是高频、超高频辐射所致健康损害的敏感的早期指标,本文从损害表现、病理生理改变和现有研究的局限性3个方面对高频电磁辐射对神经行为功能影响的研究现状做综述,以期为更早更好的保护高频及超高频电磁辐射作业者提供依据。The equipment with high frequency or ultra-high frequency electromagnetic radiation is widely used in footwear enterprises, machine engineering industry and so on. The number of workers exposed to high frequency or ultra-high frequency electromagnetic radiation, and the exposure intensity are increasing. The neurobehavioral impairment has been recently considered as an early sensitive indicator for the health damage caused by high frequency or ultra-high frequency electromagnetic radiation. This article reviews the research status of the effects of high frequency electromagnetic radiation on neurobehavioral function from 3 aspects of damage performance, pathophysiological changes and limitations of existing research, and provides a basis for early and better protection for operators exposed to high frequency and ultra-high frequency electromagnetic radiation.
