摘 要:集装箱装卸设备选择对提高码头运营效率和通过能力具有重要意义。针对该问题,提出了基于风险偏好-信息熵的混合多属性决策模型(hybrid multiple attribute decision making model based on risk preference information entropy,HMADM-RPIE)。首先,基于文献研究和现场调研建立全面的评价指标体系。然后,根据决策者对属性的重视程度和属性对决策的作用度分别确定主观权重和客观权重。主观权重考虑决策者自身权重,客观权重引入决策者风险偏好。最后,运用TOPSIS方法对方案进行排序,并对风险偏好因子进行灵敏度分析。以高明港为例,验证了该模型的实用性和有效性。表明:基于建立的评价指标体系及高明港的发展现状,装卸设备的最优选择是轨道吊,为集装箱装卸设备选择提供了一个科学有效的新思路。The selection of container handling equipment is of great significance for improving operational efficiency and throughput capacity of container terminals. In this article,a Hybrid Multiple Attribute Decision Making Model Based on Risk Preference Information Entropy( HMADM-RPIE) is proposed for the HMADM problem. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation index system of container handling equipment is established based on literature research and field investigation. Then,subjective weights and the objective weights are decided according to decision-makers' emphasis on the attribute and the degree of attribute ' s influence on the decision respectively. Subjective weights take account of the decision makers' weights,and objective weights are concerned about decision-makers' risk preference.Finally,the TOPSIS method is used to rank the handling equipment,and the sensitivity analysis of the risk preference factor is also carried out. The practicability and effectiveness of this model are confirmed by Gaoming Port' s practice. Based on the evaluation index system established by the research and the current development status of Gaoming Port, it is concluded that the optimal choice of handling equipment is rail-mounted gantry crane, which provides a new idea for the scientific and effective selection of container handling equipment.
