档案部门参与政府大数据治理的路径研究

摘　　要：政府大数据治理是国家治理能力现代化的体现,档案部门应积极参与其中。档案部门为政府大数据治理提供数据资源和基础设施,同时政府大数据治理也为档案工作和档案学发展带来新的机遇和挑战。档案部门应加快档案数据资源收集和融合的工作步伐,主动融入政府数据资源的开放与共享,同时实现档案数据资源的细颗粒化开发,推进档案数据资源的智库化利用,深化与社会各方的合作。Governments＇ big data governance is a manifestation of the modernization of national governance capabilities, and the archives departments should actively participate in it. The archives departments provide data resources and infrastructure for government big data governance. At the same time, governments＇ big data governance also brings new opportunities and challenges for the development of archives work and archives science. The archives departments should speed up the collection and integration of archives data resources, deepen the opening and sharing of archives data resources, and realize the development of fine-grained archives data resources, promote the use of archives data resources as the think-tank, and deepen cooperation with all parties in society.
