瑞舒伐他汀强化治疗对急性冠脉综合征患者血脂水平和颈动脉内中膜厚度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀强化治疗对于急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血脂水平和颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的影响。方法:将因ACS于我院就诊的92例患者纳入研究并随机分组。对照组46例采用瑞舒伐他汀10 mg,观察组46例采用瑞舒伐他汀20 mg,均为1次/d,持续21 d。比较两组治疗前后低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)改善情况,比较两组疗效差异。结果:治疗后,两组患者TG、TC、LDL-C降低,观察组数值更低,P<0.05;两组患者IMT、肌钙蛋白(c Tn T)降低,观察组数值更低,P<0.05;对照组总有效率80.43%(37/46),观察组为95.65%(44/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀强化治疗ACS效果显著,可更好地调节血脂,降低颈动脉内中膜厚度,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effects of rosuvastatin intensive therapy on serum lipid levels and carotid intima-media thickness（IMT） in patients with acute coronary syndromes（ACS）. Methods： 92 patients with ACS treated in our hospital were included in the study and randomized into the control group and observation group. 46 patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin 10 mg tablet,while another 46 patients in the observation group were administered with rosuvastatin 20 mg tablet,once a day,for 21 days. The improvement of LDL-C,TG and TC of patients between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in both groups were even lower than those in the control group（P 〈0. 05）. The IMT and troponin（c Tn T） in both groups became lower,and they were even lower in the observation group（P 〈0. 05）; the total effective rate was 80.43%（37/46） in the control group and 95.65%（44/46） in the observation group,which was of statistical difference（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Rosuvastatin has significant effect on treating ACS,it can better regulate blood lipids and decrease the carotid IMT,and it is worthy of promotion.
