氨氯地平阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并高脂血症患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并高脂血症患者的临床效果。方法:选取笔者收治的100例高血压合并高脂血症患者,随机分为观察组(50例)与对照组(50例)。观察组患者口服氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,剂量为15 mg/次,1次/d;对照组患者口服氨氯地平片进行治疗,剂量为5 mg/次,1次/d。两组患者均为睡前服药,治疗疗程均为2个月。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后的舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)皆低于对照组(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀可以显著提高高血压合并高脂血症患者的临床治疗效果,有效控制和改善血压和血脂相关指标水平,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of amlodipine atorvastatin in hypertension patients complicated by hyperlipidemia. Methods： 100 hypertension patients complicated by hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital were randomized into observation group（n = 50） and control group（n = 50）.Patients in the observation group were treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets at a dose of15 mg/time and 1 time/d,while patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine tablets at a dose of 5 mg/time and 1 time/d. All patients in both groups took medicine before bedtime,and the course of treatment was 2 months. Results： The clinical effect for the observation group was better than that of the control group（P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,the diastolic pressure（DBP）,systolic pressure（SBP）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein choles-terol（LDL-C） of patients were all lower than those in control group,but high density lipoprotein chole-Sterol（HDL-C） was higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Amlodipine atorvastatin can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of hypertension patients complicated by hyperlipidemia,effectively control and improve the blood pressure and blood lipids-related indicators. It has a higher clinical application value,and is worthy of promotion.
