醒脑静注射液对急性高血压脑出血患者神经功能及C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑静注射液对急性高血压脑出血患者神经功能及C反应蛋白的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的100例急性高血压脑出血患者,依据治疗方法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),予以对照组常规治疗,在常规治疗基础上予以观察组醒脑静注射液治疗,比较两组患者的疗效和其治疗前后NIHSS评分和GCS评分及C反应蛋白的变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率(96%)显著高于对照组(84%),P<0.01;观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,GCS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);C反应蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液能够显著减轻急性高血压脑出血患者机体内炎症反应,减少患者神经功能缺损,改善患者意识状态,临床疗效肯定。Objective： To observe the effects of xingnaojing injection on nerve function and c-reactive protein in patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 100 cases of patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected,who were divided into the observation group and control group according to different treatment methods with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while the others in the observation group were treated with xingnaojing injection on the basis of conventional treatment. Then,the clinic effect of two groups and the specific changes of NIHSS and GCS scores and c-reactive protein were compared before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96%,obviously higher than 84% of the control group（P 〈0. 01）; NIHSS score in the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group,and the GCS score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）; the level of serum c-reactive protein in the observation group was noticeably lower than that in the control group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Xingnaojing injection can effectively relieve indexes of serum inflammatory of patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,reduce the patients＇ neurologic deficits,and improve the patients ＇consciousness,and it has positive clinical curative effect.
