摘 要:目的:研究参苓白术散对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠血清VIP、ADH、ALD的影响,从激素水平探讨参苓白术散的渗湿机制。方法:采用高脂低蛋白饮食加力竭游泳法复制脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型,水负荷实验评价模型,ELISA法检测参苓白术散对模型大鼠血清VIP、ADH、ALD的影响。结果:模型组大鼠的水负荷指数显著高于正常大鼠,参苓白术散干预后,水负荷指数显著下降(P〈0.05),尿量显著升高(P〈0.05),血清VIP、ADH、ALD明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论:参苓白术散对于脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠具有渗湿作用,其机制与降低血清VIP、ADH、ALD水平有关。Objective: To explore " excreting dampness" mechanism of Shenling Baizhu Powder by observing the concentration changes of VIP,ADH and ALD in serum of model rats with TCM syndrome of dampness stagnation due to spleen deficiency. Methods: The rats with TCM syndrome of dampness stagnation due to spleen deficiency were induced by high fat and low protein diet plus swimming exhaustion method. Water load test was used to evaluate the model. VIP,ADH and ALD in serum were detected by ELISA to evaluate the effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder. Results: The water load index of the rats in model group was significantly higher than that in normal rats. Compared with model group,BWI 0-6 h was significantly decreased( P 0. 05) and 6 h urination was significantly increased( P 0. 05) in Shenling Baizhu Powder groups. VIP,ADH and ALD in serum in Shenling Baizhu Powder group were significantly decreased( P 0. 05).Conclusion: Shenling Baizhu Powder for model rats with TCM syndrome of dampness stagnation due to spleen deficiency has the effect of excreting dampness,and its mechanism is related to decreasing the levels of VIP,ADH and ALD.
