摘　　要：细胞自噬与中医药是近些年研究的热点,部分医家从传统辨证和微观辨证两个方向研究两者之间的关系,逐渐丰富和补充了其相关中医辨证理论体系,为指导中医药临床提供了新的方向和依据,但目前中医药对于自噬的相关研究仍属于起步阶段,辨证体系仍不完善,对于细胞自噬调控与中医证候的相关明确指标、变化量度等仍需进一步深入探索和研究。Autophagy and TCM is a research hot spot in recent years. Some doctors study the relationship between the two directions from the traditional and microcosmic syndrome differentiation,gradually enrich and supplement the relevant TCM theoretical system. It provides a new direction and basis for guiding the clinical practice of TCM. However,the study of autophagy in Chinese medicine is still in its infancy and the system of syndrome differentiation is still incomplete. It is still necessary to further explore and study the correlation between autophagy regulation and TCM syndromes,the specific indexes and the measurement of changes.
