活血补肾方治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价活血补肾方治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法：将于我科住院治疗的100例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为活血补肾方组和对照组,分别采取相应措施进行治疗。对治疗前、用药1个月后、出院后3个月的有效率、VAS和ODI指数等疗效评价指标进行统计学分析,评价疗效。结果：11人失访,失访率11%;两组治疗前在基本资料、VAS和ODI指数方面无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,组间均衡性良好。用药1个月及出院3个月后,活血补肾方组在有效率、VAS和ODI指数方面均优于对照组,两组间存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）,且于出院3个月后两组差异显著性明显（P〈0.01）。结论：对于腰椎管狭窄症,活血补肾方在缓解疼痛、改善腰椎功能及提高有效率方面疗效显著。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huoxuebushen Tang in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods： 100 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into Huoxuebushen Tang group and control group in our hospital,and the corresponding measures were taken to treat the patients. Before treatment,1 months after medication and 3 months after discharge,using effective rate,VAS and ODI to evaluate the treatment,and compare the statistical differences between the two groups. Results： 11 patients loss of follow up in the end,the rate of lost to follow-up is 11%.Before the treatments,there＇s no statistical differences between the Huoxuebushen Tang group and the control group in general information,VAS and ODI data（ P〉 0. 05）,and data distribution is in good balance. After 1 months＇ treatment and 3 months＇ discharge,the Huoxuebushen Tang group＇s effective rate,VAS,ODI data is obviously superior to the control group＇s data with statistically difference（ P 〈0. 05）. And after 3 months discharge,the statistically difference is significant（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions： For the lumbar spinal stenosis,Huoxuebushen Tang is effective in alleviating pain,improving the function of the lumbar vertebra and improving the efficiency.
