耳聋胶囊联合地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋疗效及对细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨耳聋胶囊联合地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋患者疗效及对细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能和血液流变学的影响。方法：突发性耳聋患者232例,按照随机表法分为对照组116例与观察组116例。对照组采用地塞米松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合耳聋胶囊。两组疗程均为10 d。结果：观察组总有效率（93.97%）高于对照组（79.31%）（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后高切黏度、低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积和血浆黏度降低（观察组：t=24.409 7、18.904 3、28.237 1、31.168 9、27.970 3,对照组：t=10.533 8、9.045 8、13.675 8、13.262 6、13.304 7,P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后高切黏度、低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积和血浆黏度低于对照组（t=13.186 4、12.451 0、16.569 3、17.834 9、14.169 3,P〈0.05）。两组治疗后PTA降低（观察组：t=27.593 4,对照组：t=13.860 9,P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后PTA低于对照组（t=14.375 2,P〈0.05）。两组治疗后CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋增加（观察组：t=18.671 5、30.180 8、22.156 1,对照组：t=8.428 8、11.407 5、11.318 9,P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋高于对照组（t=9.984 7、14.165 0、10.042 5,P〈0.05）。两组治疗后IgA、IgG降低（观察组：t=33.086 1、28.795 5,对照组：t=14.852 1、12.657 3,P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后IgA、IgG低于对照组（t=18.053 9、17.077 9,P〈0.05）。结论：耳聋胶囊联合地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋患者疗效明显,且可改善患者细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能及血液流变学,具有重要研究价值。Objective： To investigate the effect of Deafness Capsule combined with dexamethasone on the treatment of sudden deafness and its effects on cellular immunity,humoral immune function and hemorheology.
