摘　　要：目的观察泡沫敷料预防颈托固定患者发生医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的效果。方法选择2017年1-6月邢台市人民医院骨科佩戴颈托患者156例，按照颈托接触处皮肤不同的保护方法，随机分为毛巾组、水胶体敷料组、泡沫敷料组，每组各52例，比较3组患者颈部及耳廓周围局部皮肤压力性损伤发生率和严重程度。结果3组患者均无2期以上颈部及耳廓周围局部皮肤压力性损伤发生；泡沫敷料组压力性损伤发生率15．38％，毛巾组为56．60％，水胶体敷料组为41．18％，3组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=20．008，P〈0．001）。结论泡沫敷料能有效预防颈托固定患者医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的发生。Objective To observe the effects of foam dressings on preventing medical device related pressure injuries in patients with neck fixation. Methods Totally 156 patients who received neck fixation in Xingtai People＇s Hospital between January and June 2017 were selected and equally randomized into the towel group, the hydrocolloid group and the foam dressing group （n=52） depending on different protective materials used on the interface between neck fixation and skin. The incidence and severity of local pressure injuries on the neck and the auricle were compared between the three groups. Results There were no phase-2 local pressure injuries on the neck or the auricle in any patient in the three groups ; the incidences of pressure injuries in the foam dressing group, the towel group and the hydrocolloid group were 15.38%, 56.60% and 41.18%, respectively （X^2=20.008, P 〈 0.001）. Conclusions Foam dressings can effectively prevent the incidence of medical device related pressure iniuries in natients with neck fixation.
