摘　　要：本文通过对品管圈相关概念、品管圈活动在我国护理领域的应用现状进行检索和总结，阐述目前存在的问题及解决策略，为提高护理质量管理提供参考。This paper searches and summarizes related concepts of quality control circle and its application situation in the field of nursing in China, describes the existing problems and solution. This paper offers references for improving the quality management of nursing.
