摘  要:随着通信行业5G时代的到来,电信市场竞争进入全新格局。面对宽带等固网业务客户流失率增高,分流严重,业务优势缩小的现状,如何提高客户口碑、满意度和忠诚度,实现电信企业业务量和服务质量的提升,增强在运营商之间竞争力,是亟待解决的问题。文章主要介绍如何建设微信公众号、微信公众号的推广方法,及第三方监督的实施过程,项目的实施为探索新的电信服务方式、建立新的电信服务监督渠道提供参考。With the arrival of the 5G era in the communications industry, the telecommunication market competition has entered a new pattern. Faced with the increase in the churn rate of customers such as broadband and fixed-line services, the severe diversion, and the shrinking business advantages, how to improve customer word-of-mouth, satisfaction and loyalty, and improve telecommunication companies' business volume and service quality, and enhance competition among operators. Force is an urgent problem to be solved. The article mainly introduces how to construct the promotion methods of the WeChat public account and WeChat public account, and the implementation process of the third party supervision. The implementation of the project provides a reference for exploring new telecommunication service methods and establishing a new telecommunication service supervision channel.
