摘  要:护理教育的改革一直是当前研究的热点,Seminar教学法自引进中国课堂后被研究者不断尝试和创新,但仍需要进一步探索出适合我国护理教育现状的发展道路。针对目前Seminar教学法在国内外应用情况、创新模式及在我国应用后凸显的问题进行综述,旨在总结经验,提出解决问题的意见,以期找到一个适合国内护理学科发展的最优Seminar教学模式,满足社会对护理人才的迫切需求。The reform of nursing education has been a hot topic of current research. Since the Seminar teaching method was introduced to the classroom in China, the researchers have been keeping trying and innovating a lot. However, it is still necessary to further explore the development path suitable for the status quo of nursing education in China. The application situation, the innovative mode and the problem of Seminar at home and abroad are overviewed in this research, aiming at summing up the experience and putting forward the suggestion to solve the problem, so as to find a suitable mode for the domestic development of nursing science and to meet the social demand for nursing personnel.
