摘 要:目的探讨行为矫正八步法对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿家庭护理干预的效果。方法分析我院2017年6~12月收治的68例ADHD患儿的临床资料,采用随机纸片法分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。对照组给与基础性治疗,观察组给与行为矫正八步法治疗。观察两组干预前后综合控制商数、综合注意商数、视觉控制商数、视觉注意商数、听觉控制商数、听觉注意商数、听觉正确数、视觉正确数、视觉反应时、听觉反应时的观测值、前庭平衡、触觉过分防御状态和情绪不稳定、本体感失调、学习能力发展不足情况。结果两组干预前综合控制商数、综合注意商数、视觉控制商数、视觉注意商数、听觉控制商数、听觉注意商数、听觉正确数、视觉正确数、视觉反应时、听觉反应时的观测值、前庭平衡、触觉过分防御状态和情绪不稳定、本体感失调、学习能力发展不足差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后综合控制商数、综合注意商数、视觉控制商数、视觉注意商数、听觉控制商数、听觉注意商数、听觉正确数、视觉正确数、听觉反应时的观测值、前庭平衡、触觉过分防御状态和情绪不稳定、本体感失调、学习能力发展不足均高于同组干预前,观察组干预后综合控制商数、综合注意商数、视觉控制商数、视觉注意商数、听觉控制商数、听觉注意商数、听觉正确数、视觉正确数、听觉反应时的观测值、前庭平衡、触觉过分防御状态和情绪不稳定、本体感失调、学习能力发展不足均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为矫正八步法在ADHD患儿中应用,可改善整合试听连续执行能力和感觉统合能力,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach result of family nursing intervention for ADHD children by using eight step correction. Methods 68 cases clinical data of ADHD children in our hospital from July to December 2017 were analyzed,which was divided into the controi group and the detection group by random paper method, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given basic treatment and the detection groupwas given eight step correction. The comprehensive control quotient, comprehensive attention quotient, visual control quotient, visual attentional quotient, auditory control quotient, auditory attentional quotient, hearing correct number, visual correct number, visual reaction time, auditory reaction time, vestibular balance, tactile excessively defensive state and emotional instability, proprioception maladjustment, learning ability development lack of two group ADHD children before intervention and after intervention were detected. Results The comprehensive control quotient, comprehensive attention quotient, visual control quotient, visual attentional quotient, auditory control quotient, auditory attentional quotient, hearing correct number, visual correct number, visual reaction time, auditory reaction time, vestibular balance, tactile excessively defensive state and emotional instability, proprioception maladjustment, learning ability development lack of two group ADHD children before intervention were no difference(P〈0.05), the comprehensive control quotient, comprehensive attention quotient, visual control quotient, visual attentional quotient, auditory control quotient, auditory attentional quotient, hearing correct number, visual correct number, auditory reaction time, vestibular balance, tactile excessively defensive state and emotional instability, proprioception maladjustment, learning ability development lack of two group ADHD children after intervention were higher than before intervention in the same group, the comprehensive control quotient, comprehensive attention quotient, visual control quotient, visua
