黄海波诊治输卵管阻塞性不孕症经验浅谈

摘　　要：黄海波认为输卵管阻塞性不孕症多因寒、湿、热、瘀等导致胞脉闭阻所致。针对其病因病机,结合中医学外治法的相关理论,以"洁炎通管汤"为基础方清热利湿、活血化瘀,同时配合中药保留灌肠以及外敷的方法以畅管促孕,临床疗效满意。Professor Huang Haibo believes that the obstructive infertility of the tubal is caused by cold, damp, heat and blood stasis caused by obstruction of the veins. According to its etiology and pathogenesis, combined with the theory of traditional Chinese inedicine external treatinent, with ＂ Jieyan Tongguan decoction＂ , clearing away heat and proinoting dieresis, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, and coinbined with traditional Chinese inedicine retention eneina and topical inethod to sinooth tube, and clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
