摘　　要：目的观察针灸推拿配合揿针治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法选择颈源性头痛患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组患者予以针灸推拿配合揿针治疗,对照组患者予以洛索洛芬钠片联合替扎尼定治疗。观察2组患者治疗前及治疗7天、14天、3个月后VAS评分并评价临床疗效。结果 2组患者治疗前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗7天、14天、3个月后,治疗组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的90.00%(27/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸推拿配合揿针治疗颈源性头痛可有效改善患者头痛症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and massage combined with press-needle therapy for cervical headache. Methods Sixty cases of cervical headache patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30） . The patients in treaunent group were treated with acupuncture and massage combined with press-needle. The patients in the control group were treated with oral Loxoprofen and Tizanidine medicines. The therapeutic effect, visual analogue scale （VAS） was investigated, which were evaluated before the treaunent and after the treaunent of 7, 14, and 3 months. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%, which was better than 90.00% in the control group （P〈0.05） , and there had significant differences in decrease of VAS score （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with press-needle therapy can increase therapeutic effect on cervical headache, and it is a better method in the treatment of cervical headache.
