摘　　要：目的探讨开窍法治疗中风病(脑梗死和脑出血)在中医疗法中的作用和地位,并结合现代研究,探明开窍法作用机理。方法通过查阅近20年各位中医临床专家和中药专家公开发表的论文,对开窍法治疗中风病进行文献综述,总结开窍法治疗中风病的方法、临床经验及作用机理等,为临床治疗中风病提供新的治疗思路。结论开窍法是治疗中风病的重要手段之一,无论在中风病的急性期、恢复期、还是后遗症期都有显著的疗效。Objective To explore the role and status of inducing resuscitation method in the treatment of apoplexy （cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage） , and to explore the mechanism of inducing resuscitation method combined with modern research. Methods By consulting the literatures published by clinical experts and experts of Chinese medicine in the past 20 years, the lnethods, clinical experience and mechanism of inducing resuscitation method in the treatment of apoplexy was summarized, and new ideas for clinical treatment of apoplexy was provided. Conclusion The inducing resuscitation method is one of the important means to treat apoplexy, it has significant curative effect in acute stage, convalescence stage, or sequela period of apoplexy.
