摘 要:目的探讨三维可视化技术在胆总管囊性扩张术前规划中的应用价值。方法收集2016年1月至2017年12月青岛市市立医院收治的9例胆总管囊性扩张患者,其中男3例,女6例,术前三维重建解剖结构并进行仿真手术模拟,比较术前重建与术中真实情况的相符程度。结果 9例患者薄层CT均成功进行三维重建,肝动脉、门静脉、肝内外胆管和病变部位的立体解剖及毗邻关系清晰明确,术中所见与术前三维重建模型完全吻合(9/9),手术方案与术前规划完全吻合(9/9)。结论三维可视化技术能够实现胆总管囊性扩张的术前精准规划,有助于术前评估及术中准确操作。Objective To explore the value of three-dimensional visualization in the preoperative planning of Choledochal cystic dilatation. Methods Nine cases diagnosed with choledochal cystic dilatation from January 2016 to December 2017 were collected, including 3 males and 6 females. The anatomy of three-dimensional reconstruction and surgical simulation were performed preoperatively, then we compared the preoperative reconstruction with the actual condition in the surgery. Results Thin-slice CT of the patients were successfully reconstructed, the anatomy and adjacency of the hepatic artery, portal vein, intrahepatic bile duct, and lesions are clear. The intraoperative findings were completely consistent with the preoperative three-dimensional reconstruction model (9/9). The surgical plan was completely consistent with the preoperative planning(9/9). Conclusion 3D visualization technology enables preoperative precise planning of choledochal cystic dilatation, which facilitates the preoperative evaluation and accurate intraoperative operation.
