妊娠合并急性胰腺炎的临床诊治体会

摘　　要：目的分析研究妊娠合并急性胰腺炎的临床表现及合理治疗。方法对青岛市市立医院、青岛市城阳人民医院、青岛市第八人民医院自2014—2016年26例妊娠期胰腺炎患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 26例患者中,3例行经内镜胆总管取石术,1例联合实施了腹腔镜下胆囊切除术,1例在剖宫产术时联合行胆囊切除及胰腺被膜切开减压,8例接受连续肾替代治疗。其余13例患者采取保守治疗措施。所有患者均顺利生产,恢复顺利。无死亡及致命性并发症发生。结论妊娠期急性胰腺炎只要及时诊断、合理治疗,预后良好。Objective To explore the clinical manifestation and rational treatment of acute pancreatitis in pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 26 cases of gestation pancreatitis in Qingdao municipal hospital, Qingdao Chengyang people＇s hospital and Qingdao eighth people＇s hospital from 2014 to 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among of the 26 patients, 3 underwent endoscopic choledocholithotomy, 1 of them underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 1 underwent cesarean section combined with cholecystectomy and pancreatic membrane decompression, and 8 received continuous renal replacement therapy. All the patients were successfully produced and recovered smoothly. No death and fatal complications occurred. Conclusion The prognosis of acute pancreatitis in pregnancy is good as long as it is diagnosed and treated in time.
