同质医疗会诊模式在肠外营养支持患者中的应用及效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨同质医疗会诊模式在院内肠外营养(parenteralnutrition, PN)支持患者中的应用及效果观察。方法按照会诊时间进行分组,2014年7月至2014年12月的50例会诊患者为对照组,采用传统医疗会诊模式;2015年1月至2015年6月的50例会诊患者为实验组,实施同质医疗会诊模式,在PN支持结束后比较两组患者满意度、医护满意度以及血糖异常发生率、堵管发生率、导管相关性感染发生率的差异。结果实验组患者满意度、医护满意度均高于对照组,而并发症如堵管和血糖异常的发生率则低于对照组,实验组血液总蛋白、淋巴细胞百分数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者导管相关性感染的发生率不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论同质医疗会诊模式在院内PN支持患者中的应用,提高了患者及医护满意度,降低了并发症发生率,使临床营养支持治疗及护理向科学化、规范化方向发展。Objective To explore the application and effect of homoquality medical consultation in patients with parenteral parenteral nutrition. Methods According to the time of consultation, 50 cases of patients from July 2014 to December were selected as the control group, the traditional medical consultation mode was adopted, and the 50 cases from January 2015 to June were the experimental group. The homogeneity medical consultation model was implemented to compare the difference of the two groups of patients＇ satisfaction, health care satisfaction and the incidence of complications after parenteral nutrition support. Results The experimental group patients satisfaction, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of complications such as plugging and abnormal blood glucose is lower than that in the control group, the experimental group total protein, blood lymphocyte percentage was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the rate was not statistically difference between the two groups of patients with catheter-related infections （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The application of homogeneity medical consultation mode in patients with parenteral nutrition support improves patient satisfaction and medical care satisfaction, reduces the incidence of complications, and makes clinical nutrition support treatment and nursing develop in a scientific and standardized way.
