止血组方对阴虚血热型功血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察止血组方对于阴虚血热型功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床疗效。方法:将本院门诊患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用阴虚血热型止血组方系列治疗,对照组口服妈富隆,治疗3个月经周期后观察6个月,分别观察治疗前、治疗1个月经周期、治疗3个月经周期、停药3个月、停药6个月的月经相关情况以及体质评分,进行统计分析。结果:治疗组止血时间(7.37±1.83)d较对照组的(4.73±1.44)d明显偏长(P <0.01),但治疗组治愈率79.1%明显优于对照组的54.5%(P <0.05);停药6个月后,治疗组经期为(6.65±1.70)d,优于对照组的(8.16±2.26)d(P <0.01);子宫内膜厚度治疗组为(0.48±0.05)cm,优于对照组的(0.61±0.14)cm(P <0.01);血红蛋白含量治疗组为(126.93±5.47)g/L,优于对照组的(117.55±8.86)g/L(P <0.01)。结论:阴虚血热型止血组方更利于阴虚血热型功血的控制与稳定。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of hemostasis combination prescription on Yin deficiency dysfunctional uterine bleeding（DUB）. Methods：The patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with a series of hemostasis prescription. The control group was treated with Marvelon. Both were treated in 3 menstrual cycles and observed for 6 months. Both groups was obs-erved menstrual related conditions and physical score before treatment, after 1 menstrual cycles,3 menstrual cycles,drug withdrawal for 3 months, and withdrawal for 6 months.Then, the statistical analysis was carried out. Results： The time of hemostasis in the treatment group（7.37±1.83）days was significantly longer than that of the control group（4.73±1.44）days（ P 〈 0.01）. The cure rate of the treatment group 79.1% was obviously superior to the control group54.5%（ P 〈 0.05）. Afterstopping the medicine for 6 months, the menstrual cycleof the treatment group（6.65±1.70）days was obviously superior to the control group（8.16±2.26）days（ P 〈 0.01）. The endometrial thickness of the treatment group（0.48±0.05）cm was obviously superior to the control group（0.61±0.14）cm（ P 〈 0.01）. And the hemoglobin content of the treatment group（126.93±5.47）g/L was obviously superior to the control group（117.55±8.86）g/L（ P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion： The Yin deficiency type hemostasis combination prescription is more conducive to the control and stability of the yin deficiency DUB.
