摘　　要：在国企改革大背景下,如何有效激发企业经营活力,同时通过有效监督降低国有资产流失损失显得格外重要,现从作者工作实践出发,分析目前国有企业监事会监督质量与效率现状,并提出了改善途径,以期对监事会提升监督质量提供有效章法。under the background of the reform of state-ownedenterprises, it is very important to effectively stimulate the enterprise＇s operating vitality and reduce the loss of the state-owned assets through effective supervision. This paper, startingfrom the author＇s work practice, analyzes the current situationof the supervision quality and efficiency of the supervisoryboard of the state -owned enterprises, and puts forward theways to improve it.
