研究中医体质类型与产妇泌乳情况的相关性为预防产妇缺乳提供相关依据价值

摘　　要：目的:对中医体质类型与产妇泌乳情况的相关性进行分析探讨,为预防产妇缺乳提供相关的依据。方法:随机选择100例产妇作为此次研究的对象,对所有患者的中医体质类型和泌乳情况进行调研,用专业的统计学软件进行统计,对于产妇泌乳情况相关的因素进行分析探讨。结果:泌乳正常组与缺乳组的年龄、分娩孕周、泌乳始动天数、分娩方式、新生儿性别的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组产妇的新生儿出生体重的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平和质、气虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、气郁质5种体质类型在泌乳正常组和缺乳组之间的分布存在差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医体质类型与产后泌乳确实存在一定的关系,通过对产妇中医体质的研究,可以在孕前进行适当的调理,预防产后缺乳的发生,保障母婴的健康。Objective： To study the correlation between TCM constitution type and maternal lactation condition to provide relevant basis for preventing puerperal lactation. Methods： 100 cases of maternal were randomly selected as the research subjects, and all patients received TCM constitution type and lactation research, the professional statistical software was applied for statistical analysis, and the related factors for maternal lactation situation was analyzed and investigated. Results： There was no statistical significance （P〉0.05） in the age of lactation normal group and lactation group, the number of days of childbirth, the number of days of lactation, the delivery mode, and the gender of the newborn. The difference in birth weight between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was a difference in the distribution between the normal and the lactating groups of the five types of physical type, such as harmony type, qi deficiency type, Yin deficiency type, phlegm type, and qi stagnation type, which was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM constitution type and postpartum lactation had certain relationship, based on the research of the maternal constitution of traditional Chinese medicine, proper nursing before birth-giving could prevent the occurrence of postpartum hypogalactia, ensure maternal and child health.
