自拟苓陈术甘汤配合肛素栓治疗肛门潮湿症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟苓陈术甘汤配合肛素栓治疗肛门潮湿症的疗效。方法:对本院2016年11月—2017年11月接收的94例肛门潮湿症患者资料加以观察,随机分成两组,每组47例;对照组单纯予肛素栓治疗,试验组联合自拟苓陈术甘汤治疗,比对两组临床疗效及复发情况。结果:试验组临床治疗总有效率95.74%比对照组高,对比差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组复发率8.51%比对照组低,对比差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛门潮湿症行自拟苓陈术甘汤配合肛素栓治疗可取得确切疗效,有效缓解患者临床症状,而且减少复发的发生,从而提高临床疗效,可被临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the curative effect of self-made Lingchen Shugan Decoction （自拟苓陈术甘汤） combined with atractylodes suppository in treating anal moisturization. Methods： The data of 94 patients with anus wetness received from November 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital were observed and randomly divided into 2 groups （n = 47 in each group）. The control group was treated with amoxicillin alone and the experimental group received self-made Lingchen Shugan Decoction（自拟苓陈术甘汤） combined with atractylodes suppository treatment, the clinical efficacy and recurrence of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of clinical trial in the experimental group was 95.74%, which was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 8.51%, which was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Self-made Lingchen Shugan Decoction（自拟苓陈术甘汤） combined with atractylodes suppository could achieve significant effect in treating anal moisturization, it could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of recurrence, so as to improve the clinical curative effect. It could be popularized and applied clinically.
