疏肝健脾活血法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝健脾活血法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效研究和安全性。方法:65例符合诊断及纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组33例及对照组32例。治疗组采用疏肝健脾活血法(四逆散合四君子汤合丹参饮加减),对照组采用胃复春片,两组疗程均为3个月,比较两组在临床症状疗效和胃镜病理疗效的改变。结果:治疗组的证候总积分为(3.40±2.14)分,低于对照组的(6.62±5.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。33例治疗组中,痊愈6例,显效9例,有效12例,无效6例,总有效率81.8%。32例对照组中,痊愈4例,显效6例,有效9例,无效13例,总有效率为59.4%。两组总有效率差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃镜病理疗效方面,治疗组的有效率为69.7%,高于对照组的43.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究观察期间,两组患者均未发生严重不良事件。结论:疏肝健脾活血法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效确切,同时安全性较好。Objective： To observe the clinical efficiency and the safety of Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Therapy （疏肝健脾活血法）in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 65 cases were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with Weifuchun tablets （胃复春片） while the treatment group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Therapy （疏肝健脾活血法）. Sini Powder （四逆散） combined with Sijunzi Decoction （四君子汤） and modified Danshen Decoction （丹参饮加减）. The research lasted for 3 months and the main symptom and the endoscopic efficiency of two groups were compared during the research. Result： The final score of the symptoms of the treatment group was 3.40±2.14, which was lower than the score of the control group, the result showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. Out of 33 cases in the treatment group, 6 cases were cured, 9 cases were significantly effective, 12 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 81.8%. Out of 32 cases in the treatment group, 4 cases were cured, 6 cases were significantly effective, 9 cases were effective, 13 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 59.4%. The result of the clinical efficiency between two groups showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. The final endocopic and pathologic clinical efficient rates of the treatment group was 69.7%,which was higher than 43.8% of the control group, the result showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. No severe adverse event was reported during the whole research. Conclusion： Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Therapy （疏肝健脾活血法） had accurate curative effect in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with a eligible drug safety.
