消银汤对寻常型银屑病血热证患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究寻常型银屑病血热证患者应用消银汤治疗的临床疗效。方法:由2014年2月—2017年10月在我院接受寻常型银屑病血热证治疗的患者中随机选择47例作为研究对象,并分为对照组(n=22)和治疗组(n=25),对照组患者应用常规西药治疗,治疗组患者同时应用消银汤配合治疗,比较治疗后两组患者瘙痒、皮损等临床症状好转情况以及生活质量评分情况。结果:对照组病情缓解患者为17例,临床总缓解率为77.27%,治疗组病情缓解患者为24例,临床总缓解率为96%,两组患者病情总缓解率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.8654,P=0.0219)。治疗后两组患者睡眠情感评分差异有统计学意义(t=9.2456,P=0.0485)、两组社会生活评分差异有统计学意义(t=6.2754,P=0.0396)、两组心理评分差异有统计学意义(t=5.5255,P=0.0391)、两组精力评分差异有统计学意义(t=9.7653,P=0.0461)。结论:寻常型银屑病血热证患者应用消银汤治疗可提高病情缓解效果并能够改善其生活质量。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoyin decoction （消银汤） on blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： 47 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital from February 2014 to October 2014 were randomly selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group （n=22） and the treatment group （n=25）, the control group patients received conventional western medicine treatment while the treatment group patients received Xiaoyin decoction （消银汤） on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The itching, skin lesions and other clinical symptoms relief and the quality of life scores of two group of patients after the treatment were compared. Results： There were 17 patients of remission in the control group, the clinical total relief rate was 77.27%; There were 24 patients of remission in the treatment group, the clinical total relief rate was 96%, the difference was statistically significant （χ2= 6.8654, P=0.0219）. After treatment, the sleep emotional score difference of two groups of patients was statistically significant （t=9.2456, P=0.0485）, the social life score difference of two groups was statistically significant （t=6.2754, P=0.0396）, the psychological score difference of two groups was statistically significant （t=5.5255, P=0.0391）, the energy score difference was statistically significant （t=9.7653, P=0.0461）. Conclusion： The application of Xiaoyin decoction （消银汤） could improve the remission effect and the quality of life in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
