清气凉营汤对脓毒症患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨清气凉营汤对脓毒症患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取我院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的脓毒症患者78例作为此次研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组患者使用西药方法治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上使用清气凉营汤进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后免疫功能的指标水平变化。结果:两组患者在干预前免疫功能各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,研究组患者免疫功能各项指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脓毒症患者临床治疗过程中,在西医方法治疗基础上使用清气凉营汤,对脓毒症所诱发的发热有显著退热作用,改善患者急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统评分和有效降低病死率,应当在临床中广泛推广及应用。Objective： To explore the effect of Qingqi Liangying decoction （清气凉营汤） on the immune function of patients with sepsis. Methods： 78 cases of sepsis patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study and were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, and the patients in the study group were treated with Qingqi Liangying decoction （清气凉营汤） on the basis of the control group. The level of immunological function of the two groups before treatment and after treatment was compared. Results： There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention （P〉0.05）. After intervention, the immune function of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For patients with sepsis, Qingqi Liangying decoction （清气凉营汤） could achieve significant antifebrile effect, improve the patient＇s acute physiology and chronic health evaluation system, and effectively reduce the mortality rate in the process of clinical treatment on the basis of western medicine treatment, which should be widely promoted and applied in the clinical practice.
