归元止痛酊局部外搽或外搽中药法治疗晚期癌症疼痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨归元止痛酊局部外搽或外搽中药法治疗晚期癌症疼痛的效果分析。方法:将2015年10月—2017年10月在我院肿瘤科治疗的300例晚期癌症疼痛患者随机分为两组,对照组单纯应用吗啡类药物止痛,在此基础上观察组在疼痛的位置直接涂擦归元止痛酊,比较两组患者的疼痛缓解率、疼痛NRS评分、KPS及QOL评分。结果:观察组治疗后疼痛缓解率为92.67%,明显高于对照组的77.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NRS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后KPS及QOL评分明显较对照组提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归元止痛酊局部外搽或外搽中药法治疗晚期癌症疼痛的效果显著,能有效减少止痛药物的用量,增强止痛效果,提升患者晚期躯体功能及生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。Objective： To explore the effects analysis of Guiyuan Zhitong tincture （归元止痛酊） on the treatment of advanced cancer pain by topical administration or topical administration of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： 300 patients with terminal cancer pain treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received pure application of morphine drugs to stop pain, on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the observation group received Guiyuan Zhitong tincture （归元止痛酊） in the location of the pain directly, the remission rate of pain, pain NRS score, KPS and QOL score of two groups of patients were compared. Results： The pain relief rate of the observation group after treatment was 92.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.33%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the NRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, KPS and QOL scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Guiyuan Zhitong tincture （归元止痛酊） had significant effect in the treatment of advanced cancer pain by topical administration or topical administration of traditional Chinese medicine. It could effectively reduce the dosage of analgesic drugs, enhance the analgesic effect, and improve the physical function and quality of life of patients in the late stage, which had positive clinical significance.
