杨宗孟教授经验方治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨杨宗孟教授经验方对HPV感染治疗的疗效、了解HPV病毒载量下降率、转阴率及对宫颈病变治疗的疗效判定。方法:选择2016年1月—2017年12月在佛山市中医院妇科门诊宫颈高危型HPV阳性患者60例。将60例随机分为两组。对照组:重组人干扰素α-2b栓,治疗组:杨宗孟教授经验方联合保妇康栓,两组均按要求接受全程治疗,3个月后复查HPV-DNA载量。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗后两组HPV-DNA载量的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率和HPV转阴率分别为93%和66%,均显著高于对照组的66%和33%(P<0.05)。结论:杨宗孟教授经验方联合保妇康栓治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染疗效确切,可以降低HPV-DNA病毒载量,且效果优于干扰素栓组。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Yang Zongmeng’s empirical decoction in treating cervical HPV infection. To investigate the decreasing and negative conversion rate of HPV, and to determine its curative effect of cervical lesions. Methods： The clinical data of 60 cases of cervical HPV infection patients treated in the Gynecology of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January, 2016 to December, 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into the control group and the research group according to the therapeutic method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interferon α-2b suppository and the research group were treated with Yang Zongmeng’s empirical decoction and Baofukang Suppository on the basis of the treatment of the control group. All patients in two groups were treated for the whole course. HPV quantitative was reviewed after 3 months. The clinical effect, negative conversion rate of HPV and the changes of HPV quantitative were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rates and negative conversion rate of HPV were higher in the research group than those in the control group 3 months after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yang Zongmeng’s empirical decoction and Baofukang Suppository could significantly improve the clinical effects and reduce the load of HPV virus in the treatment of patients with cervical HPV infection, the effect was better than interferon α-2b suppository group.
