摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸治疗肺虚风寒型过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:选取2016年11月—至2017年11月我院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者82例,经诊断均为肺虚风寒型,随机数字表法分成对照组(n=41例)和研究组(n=41例),对照组应用常规西药进行治疗,研究组应用针灸进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和复发率情况。结果:经治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率为92.68%,对照组治疗总有效率为75.61%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率为4.88%,对照组复发率为21.95%,研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗肺虚风寒型过敏性鼻炎的效果非常理想,且复发率低,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating allergic rhinitis of lung deficiency and cold type. Methods： Eighty-two patients with allergic rhinitis were selected from November 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital. All the patients were diagnosed as cold type of deficiency of the lungs and were randomly divided into the control group （n=41） and the study group （n=41）. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The study group was treated with acupuncture. The therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, the effective rate was 92.68% in the study group which, was significantly higher than that in the control group, 75.61% , （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate was 4.88% in the study group and 21.95% in the control group, The study group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion had good effect in treating lung deficiency type cold allergic rhinitis, the recurrence rate was low, it was worth further promotion and application in the clinic.
