摘　　要：通过典型病案探讨应用武威汉代医简"瘀方"治疗中晚期痰瘀痹阻型类风湿关节炎的经验,指出类风湿关节炎是一种以关节滑膜炎为特征的慢性、难治的常见风湿免疫病,西医治疗该病以口服抗风湿药物为主,可有效延缓病情,但有起效较慢、延误病情的缺点,祖国医学通过辨证论治选用有效中药方剂治疗该病具有独特的优势。The experience of applying ＂stasis prescription＂ from Wuwei medical bamboo slips in Han Dynastyto advanced rheumatoid arthritis （RA） of phlegm-stasis blocking pattern was discussed by typical medical cases, itwas pointed out that RA was a chronic and refractory common rheumatic immune disease characterized byarthrosynovitis, Western medicine treatment for the disease were oral administration of antirheumatic drugs （ARDs）,which could effectively postpone the disease, but with the disadvantages of acting slowly and delaying the disease,national medicine possessed the unique advantages when the effective herbal prescriptions were chosen to treat RAby syndrome differentiation and treatment.
