喻昌辨治外感病经验探析

摘　　要：从外感误治,清热生津;假热真寒,回阳退热;热深厥深,缓下热结;伤食成膈,补中固脱4方面入手探讨喻昌医案《寓意草》中辨治外感病的经验,其辨治外感病法于仲景,辨治精当,效若桴鼓。Yu Chang忆s experience in differentiating and treating exogenous disease is discussed in his medicalcases in YuYiCao from four aspects： therapeutic error for exogenous disease, clearing heat and promoting theproduction of body fluid; false heat and true cold, reviving yang and abatement of fever; excessive heat causing cold,relaxing the bowls and heat accumulation; impairment of overeating, strengthening the middle energizer andpromot-ing the astriction, Yu Chang differentiating and treating exogenous disease follows the example of ZhangZhongjing, the method is accurate and appropriate, which could obtain better effects in the therapy.
