中药治疗子宫内膜异位症的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症的中药用药规律。方法:从中国知网、维普、万方等数据库中检索公元1983—2016年间中药治疗子宫内膜异位症的文献,筛选出口服中药方、灌肠中药方文献370余篇,共涉及方剂380余首,对其中涉及的中药出现的频次、药性进行录入、统计,分析子宫内膜异位症的中药用药规律。结果:1)子宫内膜异位症的常用药主要以活血化瘀药及补虚药为主,清热药和理气药次之;2)方剂以复方莪术散、桃红四物汤、失笑散为主。结论:1)子宫内膜异位症的病理实质是瘀血,病因以瘀、虚为主,病机以气血失调为主,包括气滞血瘀、血虚、气虚、阳虚,病性属虚实夹杂;2)中医药治疗以活血化瘀、补虚为法;3)方剂以复方莪术散、桃红四物汤、失笑散为基础加减。Objective： To discuss drug use laws of traditional Chinese medicine in treating endometriosis.Methods： The papers about traditional Chinese medicine in treating endometriosis from AD 1983 to 2016 wereretrieved in CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and others, all 370 papers about oral administration of herbal prescription andretention enema of herbal prescription were screened, involved more than 380 pieces of prescriptions, drug use lawsof traditional Chinese medicine for endometriosis were analyzed after typing into and counting the frequency and thenatures of involved herbs. Results：1） The commonly-used drugs for endometriosis were the drugs of activating-bloodand eliminating stasis, and the ones of tonifying mainly, next the drugs of heat-clearing and Qi-regulating; 2） theprescriptions were compound Ezhu powder, TaoHong SiWu decoction and ShiXiao powder mainly. Conclusion：1） Pathological nature of endometriosis is blood stasis, the causes are stasis and deficiency mainly, the pathogenesisis Qi and blood disorder caused by Qi stagnation, blood stasis, blood deficiency, Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency,the disease nature is intermingled deficiency and excess; 2） the method of activating-blood eliminating stasis andtonifying is used in TCM therapy; 3） the prescriptions are modified according to compound Ezhu powder, TaoHongSiWu decoction and ShiXiao powder.
