滋活汤联合针灸治疗卵泡发育不良不孕症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋活汤联合针灸治疗卵泡发育不良不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将卵泡发育不良不孕症患者60例随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,对照组口服滋活汤,治疗组口服滋活汤联合针灸治疗。3个疗程后比较2组患者卵泡变化情况及妊娠率。结果:治疗前后2组卵泡直径比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 01),治疗后2组卵泡直径及妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:滋活汤联合针灸治疗卵泡发育不良不孕症疗效优于单纯滋活汤治疗。Objective： To investigate curative effects of ZiHuo decoction and acupuncture in treating follocularmaldevelopment （FM） infertility. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the controlgroup, 30 cases each group, the control group took ZiHuo decoction orally, and the treatment group accepted ZiHuodecoction and acupuncture. Pregnancy rate and follicular changes of both groups were compared after three courses.Results： The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the diameter of follicle between before andafter treating within two groups（P〈0.01）, the difference was statistically significant in the diameter of follicle andpregnancy rate between both groups after treating（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of ZiHuo decoction andacupuncture are superior to these of only ZiHuo decoction in treating follocular maldevelopment infertility.
