摘　　要：从气血功能失调-内质网应激关联探讨其导致心力衰竭假说的科学内涵,指出气血功能与内质网结构、功能在生理角度的关联性以及气血功能失调与内质网应激在病理方面的内在联系。Scientific connotation of the hypothesis that the correlation cause heart failure was discussed fromthe correlation between Qi-blood dysfunction and endoplasmic reticulum stress, the paper discussed pathologicalcorrelations of physiological connections between Qi-blood function and the structure and function of endoplasmicreticulum with Qi-blood dysfunction and endoplasmic reticulum stress.
