摘 要:民营科技企业濉溪县科技开发中心1992年开始涉足大豆杂交育种,25a育成审定10个品种,集产量高、品质优、抗性强、生育期适中于一身。其中,国审2个(濉科998,濉科8号),安徽省审9个(濉科928、濉科998、濉科8号、濉科9号、濉科12、濉科15、濉科20、濉科23和圣豆30),湖北省审1个(圣豆27);濉科8号和12通过河南省引种备案。申请植物品种权10个,获得授权4个。在安徽省育成审定品种的单位中,位列安徽省农科院作物所、阜阳市农科院之后,居第三位。育种过程中,纪永民创新团队不断修正育种目标,优化杂交育种方式,目测评分选择优势株(品)系,注重良种良法配套。优化组合设计,搭建"产学研、育繁推、产供销"一体化的研发平台,锁定4个配合力高的亲本:郑59、郑90007和徐豆12、中黄13;SSR标记辅助选择,创造两条育种路径。A private science and technology enterprise, Suixi County Science and Technology Development Center, started soybean cross breeding in 1992. For the past 25 years, 10 varieties with high yield, high quality, strong resistance and favorite maturity were released. Among them, 2 varieties(Suike 998 and Suike 8) were approved by national trials; 9 varieties(Suike 928, Suike 998, Suike 8,Suike 9, Suike 12, Suike 15, Suike 20, Suike 20, Suike 23 and Saint bean 30) were approved by Anhui Province; Saint bean was also approved by Hubei Province, while Suike 8 and Suike 12 were put on record through introduction in Henan Province. Ten varieties were submitted for plant variety rights, and four varieties had been authorized. It ranked the third place for varieties breeding institutions after Anhui Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Fuyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. During the breeding processes, Ji Yongmin innovation team constantly readjusted the breeding goals, optimized the cross breeding method, and selected the dominant plant(product) line with visual score, and paid great attention to the good seed and good method. They also optimize the combination design, set up an integrated research and development platform of "industry, higher learning and research institution;breeding, reproduction and extension; and production, supply and marketing". They focused on four parents(Zheng 59, Zheng 90007 and Xu Dou 12, medium yellow 13) with high combining ability. With the help of SSR marker assisted selection, they have created two breeding routes.
