我国农家书屋建设的“四维一体”模式构想及路径选择

摘　　要：农家书屋建设十余年来,农村公共文化服务得到长足进步,但也出现了"农""家"与"书""屋"不均衡发展的问题,未能实现书屋建设的整体性推进。对此,论文以Bilderbeek等学者提出的"服务创新四维模型"为理论基础,针对我国农家书屋建设的不均衡现象,提出了以服务创新为目标,以服务对象、服务管理、服务内容与服务设施为四个维度的农家书屋"四维一体"创新模式,并阐明了四个服务维度的相互关系和整合作用,最后提出了实现这一模式的具体路径。For more than 10 years, the construction of rural library sped up the progress of rural public cultural service in the early period. But in the later period, the uneven development of ＂farmer＂, ＂home＂,＂book＂ and ＂house＂failed to realize the overall promotion of the construction of rural library. Therefore, based on the ＂four-dimensional model of service innovation＂ proposed by Bilderbeek and other scholars and focusing on the phenomenon of unbalanced development of Chinese rural libraryconstruction, this paper puts forward＂four-dimensional integration＂ innovation model with the target of service innovation and takes service object, service management, service content and service facilities as four dimensions. It clarifies the mutual relations and integration function between the four service dimensions, and finally puts forward the specific realization path.
