摘　　要：目的探讨应用髂腹股沟皮瓣游离移植修复上下肢软组织缺损的临床效果。方法应用髂腹股沟皮瓣游离移植修复12例上下肢皮肤软组织缺损患者。按创面大小切取皮瓣5 cm×8 cm～8 cm×16 cm。供区直接缝合或行中厚皮片植皮。结果 11例皮瓣完全成活; 1例皮瓣小部分坏死,经换药后愈合。患者均获得随访,时间3～14个月。皮瓣质地柔软,外观及功能满意。结论应用髂腹股沟皮瓣游离移植修复上下肢软组织缺损具有皮瓣切取方便、质量好、供区损伤小等优点,是修复软组织缺损的理想方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of applying free groin flap transplantation to repair soft defect of upper or lower limbs. Methods The 12 patients with soft tissue defect of upper or lower limbs were treated with free groin flap transplantation. According to the size of the wound,the area of the flaps ranged from 5 cm×8 cm to 8 cm×16 cm.Direct suture or medium thickness skin transplantation were performed in the donor area. Results The 11 cases completely survived; 1 case of flap had partial necrosis, and healed after changing dressing. All patients were followed up for 3～14 months. The flaps had soft texture, satisfactory appearance and function. Conclusions It is an ideal method that free groin flap is used to repair soft tissue defect of upper or lower limbs. This free flap is easy to cut, satisfied in the shape, and less trauma of the donor area.
