摘　　要：目的探讨经跗骨窦入路延长切口复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法采用经跗骨窦入路延长切口复位内固定治疗20例跟骨骨折患者,比较手术前后B9hler角,采用Maryland评分评价疗效。结果 20例均获得随访,时间8～16个月。患者切口均愈合,无感染及皮肤坏死;骨折均愈合,无内固定失败。3例腓肠神经损伤,经营养神经、止痛等对症处理后症状好转; 2例劳累后足部疼痛,日常生活轻度受限。B9hler角术后3 d较术前明显改善(P <0. 01)。末次随访时根据Maryland足部评分评定疗效:优12例,良4例,可2例,差2例。结论经跗骨窦入路延长切口复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折可获得满意的临床效果。Objective To investigate the effects of the treatment of calcaneal fractures with open reduction and internal fixation through tarsal canal incision. Methods The 20 patients of calcaneal fractures were treated through tarsal canal incision, the B hler angles before and after operation were compared, the clinical outcome was evaluated by Maryland scale. Results The 20 patients were followed up for 8~16 months. All fractures healed and incisions were healed well, no internal fixation failure or incision infection occurred.There were 3 cases of sural nerve injuries,the symptoms improved after the treatment with nerve nutrition and pain relief; 2 cases of foot pain after tired work, daily life was mildly limited.The B hler angle was significantly improved at 3 d postoperation（ P〈 0.01）. According to the Maryland scale at the final follow-up： the result was excellent in 12 cases,good in 4,fair in 2,poor in 2. Conclusions Calcaneal fractures through tarsal canal incision can get satisfactory results.
