摘  要:固井是煤层气地面开发工程中的关键环节,其质量好坏不仅直接关系到后续煤储层水力压裂改造效果和煤层气产能高低,而且对煤矿后期煤炭安全开采具有重要的影响。为探索适合煤矿区煤层气地面垂直井开发的固井工艺,以彬长矿区大佛寺煤矿地面煤层气开发实践为例,对比了常规固井和变密度固井两种工艺的特点及质量,从煤层气开发效果和煤矿安全生产的角度讨论了两种工艺的优劣。结果表明变密度固井工艺具有固井质量高、产气效果好、对后期煤炭安全开采影响小的优势,可为煤矿区煤层气开发提供参考和借鉴。The well cementing is a key link in CBM surface exploitation engineering. Its quality- is not only directly related to subsequent coal reservoir hydraulic fraeturing reformation effect and CBM yield capacity, but also has major impact on eoalmine later period coal mining safety. To explore adaptable eoalmine area CBM surface vertical well exploitation cementing technology, taking eoalmine surface CBM exploitation practice in the Dafosi eoalmine, Binehang mining area as an example, has compared conventional and variable densitycementing technological features and qualities, discussed advantages and disadvantages of the two processes from CBM exploitation effect and eoalinine safe production points of view. The result has shown that the variable density cementing technology has dominant position of high cementing quality, good gas production and small impact on later period coal mining safety, thus can provide reference for CBM exploitation in eoalmine areas.
