摘　　要：军队越是现代化、越是信息化,越是要法治化,而法治化的基础是法规制度的建设与完善。本文通过对军队政治工作信息化法规制度建设的迫切性需要、内容体系建设的阐述,提出了新时代军队政治工作信息化法规制度建设的基本方略,以期在世界军事变革潮流中将我国军队建设成为世界一流军队。The more modernized and informationized the army,the more rule by law.The foundation of rule of law is the construction and perfection of laws and regulations.This paper expounds the urgent need and content system construction of informationization laws and regulations of military political work,and puts forward the basic strategy of informationization laws and regulations construction of military political work in the new era,in order to build our army into a world-class army in the trend of world military reform.
