摘　　要：近年来,我国"在家上学"现象悄然兴起,但随之而来的"在家上学"合法性、合法化问题引起了广泛的关注。本文在分析"在家上学"的合法性与合法化的基础上,对"在家上学"的正当性和必要性进行了探析,以期对我国的基础教育有所裨益。In recent years,the phenomenon of ＂home-schooling＂ has risen quietly in China,but the legitimacy and legalization of ＂home-schooling＂ has aroused widespread concern.Therefore,based on the analysis of the legality and legalization of ＂home-schooling＂,this paper studies the legitimacy and necessity of ＂home-schooling＂ in order to benefit our basic education.
