摘　　要：目的总结陈可冀院士治疗慢性心力衰竭的用药配伍规律。方法采集经陈可冀院士诊治后有效的慢性心力衰竭住院病例,从中提取142个中药处方,建立医案数据库,采用无尺度网络方法配合频数分析以及关联规则,对药物配伍、药病关系进行数据挖掘。结果共使用药物162味,其中使用频率前6位的药物依次为茯苓、甘草、黄芪、陈皮、麦冬、党参,无尺度网络分析显示常用方剂为六君子汤、生脉散、苓桂术甘汤和真武汤。结论由上述常用药物及方剂可总结出陈可冀院士治疗慢性心力衰竭的主要治法为益气健脾、温阳补肾、活血利水。Objective To summarize academician Chen Ke-ji＇s law of use and combination of Chinese medicine in the treatments of chronic heart failure. Methods We collected effective cases after being diagnosed and treated by academician Chen Ke-ji, extracting 142 Chinese medicine prescriptions, establishing database, and the scale-free network method cooperated with frequency analysis and asso- ciation rules were used to implement data-mining on medicine combination and relationship between med- icine and disease. Results Totally 162 Chinese medicine were used, the six frequent medicine were Po- ria, Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma, Astragafi radix, Citri reticulatae pericarpium, Ophiopogonis radix, Codonopsis radix, scale-free network analysis showed that the commonly used prescriptions were Liu- junzi Decoction, Shengmai Powder, Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction. Conclusion Ac- cording to the frequent medicine and commonly prescriptions above, academician Chen Ke-ji＇s main treatment methods of chronic heart failure can be summarized as ＂nourishing qi to invigorate Pi＂, ＂war- ming yang and reinforcing Shen＂ and ＂activiating blood and promoting diuresis＂.
