精准视域下高校资助有效路径研究

摘　　要：推进精准扶贫是"十八大"以来党中央、国务院的重大战略决策。高等院校是国家培养高水平人才的主要基地。实现高校贫困生资助工作的精准化,是最有效的"造血式"扶贫。通过挖掘高校学生精准化资助工作的深层含义,分析当前高校资助工作存在的主要问题和难点,进而提出高校精准化资助工作的有效路径。实现高校贫困生资助工作的"精准扶贫",要以贫困生的需求为导向,瞄准资助的主要对象,聚焦贫困生的主要需求,挖掘高校资助潜力,借助"互联网+"和大数据,来建立"物质资助"与"精神资助"相结合、"经济救助"与"心理援助"相结合、"学业帮扶"与"个性成长"相结合的综合扶助体系。Promote precision poverty alleviation is the major strategic decision of the Party Central Committee and the State Council since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC. Institutions of higher learning are the main bases for the country to cultivate high-level talents. It is the most effective ＂hematopoietic＂ poverty alleviation to realize the precision of the work of poor students in colleges and universities. Through the excavation of the connotation of the precision of university colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current funding of colleges and universities, and puts forward the path of precision work. The ＂precision poverty alleviation＂ for the poor students in colleges and universities should be guided by the needs of the poor students, aiming at the main target of the subsidy, focusing on the main needs of the poor students,digging up the potential of university funding, and establishing the ＂Internet ＋＂ and large data ＂Physical assistance＂ and ＂spiritual support＂, ＂economic assistance＂ and ＂psychological assistance＂, ＂academic help＂ and ＂individual growth＂ combination of comprehensive support system.
