摘　　要：分析医学影像学特点,探讨中医院校规培生医学影像学训练的难点,提出严格遴选规培导师,确定规培计划,培养规培生基本影像诊断能力;立足临床,明确规培目标,培养规培生使用影像学检查技术的能力;利用互联网技术,拓宽学习渠道;注意专业特点,做好病例追踪等经验。Analyze the characteristics of medical imaging, explore the difficulties in the training of medical imaging in Chinese medicine hospitals, and propose strict selection and training of instructors, determine the training plan, and cultivate the basic imaging diagnostic ability of the students; establish a clinical basis, clearly define the objectives, and develop regulations. Pearson＇s ability to use imaging technology; use Internet technology to broaden learning channels; pay attention to professional characteristics, and do a good job in case tracking.
